These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rabbitex Megafarms Limited website and mobile apps ("the Platform"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Rabbitex Megafarms Limited is a Uganda-registered company supplying rabbit meat, ready-to-eat rabbit products, Mega Feeds rabbit pellets and related farm products, sourced from our company farm and trained outgrower farmers.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies.
Meat products are sold per kilogram or per pack as indicated. Minor weight variations are inherent to fresh products.
An order is accepted when we confirm it in the app. We may decline or limit orders where stock or delivery coverage is unavailable.

4. Delivery

Fresh meat is transported under chilled conditions; please be available at the delivery address to receive perishable goods promptly.
Delivery windows are estimates. Where delivery fails because the address is wrong or no one is available, a redelivery fee may apply.
Self-pickup from our outlet (Nansana) is available where offered in the app.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (including mobile money, card and cash on delivery where available). Payments made through third-party gateways are subject to those providers' terms.

6. Perishable goods

Fresh and ready-to-eat meat is perishable. Inspect your order on delivery; issues with quality or wrong items must be reported at the point of delivery or within 2 hours, with photos where possible. See our Return & Refund policies for details.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Platform, place fraudulent orders, or harass delivery staff. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
