Innovation from the farm
Two organic by-products are moving through our pipeline: Rabi-cide, an organic pesticide we are working to patent, and Rab-berries, an organic slow-release manure that returns farm nutrients to the soil.
Certification & a modern facility
Next on the roadmap: certification of our products with UNBS, a ready-to-eat meat stall, and investment in a state-of-the-art slaughter facility — while pursuing ISO, HACCP and Halal certification.
Beyond Uganda
From there we look outward: meat exports to the COMESA region, then exploring markets in the Netherlands, UAE and Egypt by 2027.
